Synergy Photos by Anne Russell

types16 photos

A set of 50 photographs designed to be used in organizational development programs, personality types training workshops, and for inspiration to take individuals and organizations to new visions beyond the confines of conventional expectations.

Synergy Photos derives its name from the synergy which occurs each time a photograph is viewed by a different person or when applied in a different context.

Each person will experience a photograph differently. Difference will show evidence of unique personality styles, prior personal life experiences, and interpretation of the task identified by the facilitator.

In any training program the photographs can be used for many different purposes. Recognize the synchronicity of the same images being selected to represent different meanings.
